Music Ministry - St. Timothy Parish

Our music ministry offers a variety of ways to involve parishioners in music that enhances the worship experiences of our parish.

Parish Choir
Sings at 9:30am Sunday Mass and other special liturgies
Rehearsals: Thursdays at 7pm in church
Open to anyone high school age or older
No audition required. Ability to read music is helpful but not required
Contemporary Ensemble
Provides music for 11:30am Sunday Mass
Rehearsals: Sundays at 10:45am in church and every other Sunday after Mass
Open to vocalists and instrumentalists
Saturday Ensemble
Provides music for 4:30pm Saturday Mass
Rehearsals: Saturdays at 3:45pm in church
Open to vocalists and instrumentalists
Funeral Choir
Sings at funeral liturgies, as needed
Rehearsals: second and fourth Thursdays of the month at 10am
Children’s Choir
Sings at various Masses and services
Works on basic choral skills and music fundamentals
Rehearsals are Thursdays from 5:30 – 6:15pm during the school year
Open to children ages 6-14. No audition required.
Instrumentalists
Open to all instrument types
Scheduled according to availability and the need for instrument.
Audition required; previous experience recommended
