Open registration was held in early February.  Registrations are still being accepted for most grade levels. Please call about openings.

Registration requirements:

• Birth Certificate (original)
• Students entering kindergarten must be 5 years old.
  Students entering grade 1 must be 6 years old by Oct.1.
• Baptismal Certificate, (original, if applicable)
• Social Security Card (original)
• $10 registration fee per child (non-refundable)
• $200 Tuition Deposit required upon acceptance
  (non-refundable; will be applied to tuition for 2010/2011)
• Kentucky Immunization Certificate:
  All students in grades K to 8 are required to have a current form on file by Aug.1.
• School Physical Medical Examination:  All new students & students entering grade 6 are required to have a form on file by Aug.1
