Committees will begin working in February, 2004. Each committee will have 6-10 members and will interpret what ideas could/should be identified and work through how they will be implemented. Communication is key to success regarding progress on individual committee plans. After discussion about above proposed working committees, Parish council recommended adding a fifth committee - Facilities. This was agreed upon by council and Father Witte. Father Witte and Mark Anderson discussed the committees regarding the visions and strategies made from the Pastoral Plan initiation.
