        4. Identify key 2004-05 action steps – propose linkage to Pastoral Plan.
        5. Prioritize – Set 2004-05 resource needs addressing space, funding, staff
involvement, etc. Set long-term resource needs.

        7. Communicate – Monthly report to Parish Council, Semi-annual presentation

6. Pastor Report – Father Witte to meet with Bishop Foys on March 1, 2004. Meeting will include St. Timothy parish asking for land behind the church that the Diocese owns so that we are able to carry on the work of our church. He will also present the Pastoral plan and site plan. Lenten Series to begin soon. Sunrise Easter Mass will be done at 7:07 am on Easter Sunday for another mass for Easter. Dinner Dance proceeds still not definite. Committee is finalizing bills but income appears good projected from original receipts. Income of the dance will go to the St. Timothy general fund.
