This month’s tithing will support the Lions Club Eyesight Assistance Program in Boone County. At our Masses on April 10/11, Kew Taybi, the Eyesight Chairman and Treasurer, will share with us a bit more about how the parish’s tithing will be used and personally thank the parish for its support. Our Outreach project with the Lions Club will take place on Monday, April 19 in Brodnick Hall as the Outreach committee will host an appreciation dinner for the Club’s volunteers followed by a Community Awareness Evening at 7:00 p.m. Parishioners and the Boone County community are invited to come learn more about the work of the Lions Club in our community. Part of the Eyesight program includes collecting used eyeglasses, drug store readers and prescription. A donation bin will be located in the Gathering Space throughout the month of April.                       www.florencelions.com
