Opportunities for Life (OFL) is a 24-hour toll-free hotline for women and families facing an untimely pregnancy or dealing with the regret of past decisions. OFL is a program under the direction of the Catholic Conference of Kentucky and is the statewide pastoral ministry of Kentucky's Bishops.
