Mission Trip 2009
"No Place Like
Home"
From June 22-26, 39 members of the youth group and adult
parishioners participated in our third annual mission trip.
In addition to the
projects for eleven local families, work was done in the new parish
library, former Union firehouse, and Ruschman Garden.
The success of the
mission was due to the active participants, drivers, meal providers,
music providers, prayer warriors, financial donors, local donations (Florence Hardware,
Ace Hardware and Meijer), and the leadership of Lesley Duggan and Charlotte
Boemker.
