Festival Help needed!
We are in need of some help with this years’
Oktoberfest:
This is a great way to help
the parish
and meet some fellow parishioners!
Main Food Tent Booth Trooper —help with the organizing and
running of the booth for the weekend.
'Tween Booth Trooper —help line up volunteers and oversee
the booths Oktoberfest weekend.
Raffle tickets are available in the gathering space —SELL,
SELL, SELL!!!
Sponsors are also needed, many different types of levels available.
Please contact Jennifer for details.
Individual booth sign ups will start after masses at the end of August.
Please consider signing your family up to help with a shift or two.
Donations needed:
2 liters, small unopened happy meal type toys, other kids prize items.
There is a bin in the gathering space to place items.
