Parish Center

The Parish Center is available
for use by only the Parish, Parish organizations and non-profit
organizations.

St. Timothy Parish will follow
all applicable guidelines published by the Archdiocese of
Covington regarding use of Parish property.

The following priority system
will apply regarding use of the Parish Center
- Religious Education
Programs
- Parish-sponsored events
- Parish meetings
- Other events for the
Parish community
- Events of non-profit
organizations

The Parish Center is scheduled
through Parish Office Personnel. (384-1100)

The following regulations
apply for all individuals and organizations using the Parish
Center:
- Smoking is prohibited
indoors.
- Appropriate attire is
required.
- Exits must be kept clear
of obstructions.
- All food and drink is to
be supplied by the user of the Parish Center.
- Equipment brought into the
Parish Center must not damage the floor or any part of the
facility and must be removed immediately following each use.
- Decorations must not
damage or deface walls, ceilings or any part of the
facility. No nails, screws, tape, etc. are to be used to
hang decorations.
- If a Non-Diocesan
Organization uses the Parish Center, the organization must
agree in writing to hold harmless and indemnify the Bishop
of Covington and the Diocese of Covington and its Parishes
and Institutions for any loss, costs, damages and liability
from such use. A policy and certificate of insurance showing
liability of at least Five Hundred Thousand
($500,000)dollars is required.
- Users of the Parish Center
are responsible for the following:
- Leave the room(s) in
the same condition as found.
- Remove food and drink
from the premises.
- Place all garbage in
trash bags.
- Place tables in order
according to the room diagram.
- Turn out lights.
- Lock doors.
- Report any damages to
the Parish Office.
