Brodnick Hall

A Place to Celebrate

Thanks to all the hard work and dedication of many volunteers, Brodnick Hall is open for your family celebrations. The hall is finished with tile, carpeting, a bar and a large seating area. Available only to parishioners, the hall is a great place for your next party or reception.

Family Parties

A family party can be scheduled up to six months in advance with the exception of anniversary parties, which can be scheduled up to a year in advance. The rental fee for a party with 125 people or less is $100, parties with 125 people or more the rental fee is $200. The rental fee includes set-up and clean-up. We will provide the drinks and the bar bill will be figured separately. 

Wedding Receptions

Wedding receptions can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance. The rental fee is $500, which includes four hours of time in the hall plus set-up, clean-up and two bartenders. The bar bill is separate and must be pre-paid.

Wedding Policy for use of Brodnick Hall

  1. Brodnick Hall is available for use by only the Parish, Parish organizations and registered members of St. Timothy Parish.
  2. St. Timothy Parish will follow all applicable guidelines published by the Diocese of Covington, in particular the Diocese of Covington Procedures When Alcoholic Beverages Are To Be Served As Part Of The Rental Of A Hall.
  3. Use of Brodnick Hall is scheduled through Jennifer Fedders.
  4. The following additional guidelines apply:
    1. Reservations may be made no further in advance than 6 months, with the exception of a Wedding or Anniversary Reception.  Reservations for such events can be made 12 months in advance.
    2. The Security Deposits are due within 15 days of making the reservation.    The security deposit is $50. The security deposit is refundable if no damages are incurred.  The “Renter” responsible for the event must reimburse the parish for all damage costs incurred over and above the initial security deposit.  There will be a $25 fee charged if someone accidentally trips the fire alarm and the fire department responds.
    3. The Hall Rental Fee is $500 and includes four (4) hours of operation, 2 Bartenders and the cleaning of the hall.  This will be due 6 weeks prior to the event. 
    4. The Bar/Supply fee will be due 2 weeks prior to the event.  Any difference will be invoiced or credited after the event.   Contact Jennifer Fedders for estimated amount to remit.  
    5. On Saturday, a scheduled day event must end no later than 4 p.m.   On Saturday, a scheduled evening event may begin after 7 p.m. and must end by 1 a.m.
    6. All equipment brought into Brodnick Hall must be removed immediately following the event.
    7. The nature of the event will determine if the presence of security and maintenance personnel are required.
  5. The following regulations apply for use Brodnick Hall:
    1. Smoking is prohibited indoors.           
    2. Appropriate attire is required.
    3. Stairways and exits must be kept clear of obstructions.
    4. All food is to be supplied by the user of Brodnick Hall.
    5. Equipment that is brought into Brodnick Hall must not damage the floor or any part of the facility and must be removed immediately following the event.
    6. Decorations must not damage or deface walls, ceilings or any part of the facility.
    7. No nails, screws, tape, etc. are to be used to hang decorations or on the carpet.
