RCIC
The Rite of Christian Initiation
for Children (RCIC) has become an important part
of our PRE program at St. Tim’s. We
have been very blessed with new parishioners who
have either returned to the Catholic Church after
an absence or come from a part of the country in
which the sacraments of initiation are celebrated
at different ages than our local custom. We
welcome these new members of our faith community
and endeavor to help their children receive any
of the sacraments which they may have
missed.
To that end, we
offer a RCIC program, coupled at times with
additional staff-supported home study. St.
Timothy’s desires to meet and welcome new
members right where they are, and do whatever it
can to bring them into full communion with
us. Their shared journeys are a blessing to
all.
