Primary Religious Education for Grades 4

Purpose

To provide a developmentally appropriate instructional and hands-on program that introduces and enhance the learning of the Catholic faith through the four foundations of parish life; worship, gathering, service and faith formation.

Classes meet: Wednesday from 7:00-8:10pm        4th Grade Wednesday Schedule
                    Sunday 8-9:15am and 10-11:15am 4th Grade Sunday Schedule

Objectives

  • Be able to list and understand the Ten Commandments

  • Understanding and meaning of the sacraments

  • Introduce and familiarization to the Bible (All students receive a CYB)

  • Acquaint with the saints and special holy days

  • Saints project completed

  • Demonstrate how students can apply Catholic Christian doctrine into their everyday lives.
