Census

How many Catholics live in the counties covered by our diocese?  in Boone County? No one knows for sure, so Bishop Roger Foys has called for a census including every residence in our diocese. This data will be used to make some decisions about how best to serve the needs of Catholics in each county. The Boone County census is a prototype for the eventual census of the other 13 counties in the diocese. More information can be found on the diocese's Census website.

The October Census was a great success thanks to all of you. The final stage will be on the Sundays of March 20 & 27. Volunteers can pick up their packets after any of the Masses on February 26 & 27. All captains, and team members, attend a short training session in church on March 2 at 7:00pm. We will celebrate the conclusion of the Census on Sunday evening March 27 with a potluck dinner.
