The use of Brodnick Hall and parish center rooms is scheduled through the Operations & Events Director and is subject to space availability.  Space is available for use by only the parish, parish organizations and registered members of St. Timothy Parish; priority is given to parish events and programs.  Please call early for best selection of dates and rooms.

Meeting Rooms
The parish center is located near the church and offers six rooms for meetings.  The parish offices and preschool/kindergarten classrooms are also located in the building.

Parish Hall
Brodnick Hall is located in the lower level of the church building and is host to numerous functions.  It contains a large hall, bar, kitchen, and meeting room.

 Rental of Brodnick Hall

  • Weddings: rental fee is $600.
    Includes four hours of reception time,  set-up, clean-up and two bartenders.  Bar/product bill is prepaid and billed separately. Additional time available an extra expense.
  • Other Parties: rental fee is $100 for 125 people or less, $200 for 125 or more.
    Includes setup.  Fees for clean-up, bartenders, and bar products are prepaid and billed separately.
  • Deposit:  $50 (non-refundable)  is required to hold a date and will be applied to your balance.  The rental fee is due six weeks before the event.
