This committee provides guidance for general maintenance, non-operational maintenance and capital improvements related to parish buildings and grounds. The committee advises the parish on the best course of action for projects as well as long-term needs for buildings and grounds.

Gardening actvities include seasonal planting, maintenance and watering of flowerbeds. Also caring for the Father Ruschman garden including tilling, planting, harvesting, weeding and delivery of vegetables.
