Rosary Guild

The St. Timothy Rosary Guild quietly made its debut at the Stewardship Fair on April 5&6, and was warmly received. Curious parishioners were drawn to a table with a large banner inviting them to “Tie one on for Jesus and Mary!” There they found colorful, tied-cord rosaries and information on learning how to make them. Many signed up for classes, and others made donations to help pay for materials. It was a very successful Fair!

These rosaries will be given for parish needs such as members of RCIA  (new Catholics), CRHP (Christ Renews His Parish), First Communicants, Confirmation candidates, sick and dying parishioners, etc. As more people learn to make the Rosaries, we will also give them to hospice patients, parish missions, military members abroad, African and Indian missions abroad, etc.

If you are interested in learning, we will teach you how to make these beautiful rosaries and will supply you with all of the materials, free of charge to you. They are easy and fun to make. If you are unable to or do not care to make the rosaries, please consider being a sponsor and make donations to help pay for the rosary materials for those who will be making them. (Tax-deductible checks should be made out to “St. Timothy Parish” and write “Rosary Guild” in the note section.) In this way, we can all make it possible for those who need or want rosaries to get them. Our goal is to surround this troubled world with rosaries and people praying them. God hears our prayers! And please pray for the success of the St. Timothy Rosary Guild.
